BROCKTON - A 71-year-old Norwell man has been ordered to serve 10
to 12 years in state prison for child rape that occurred more than a
decade ago.
A Plymouth Superior Court jury convicted Richard Buell of 4
Circuit St. on Thursday. He was sentenced yesterday.
Buell is also facing a separate trial on an additional charge of
rape of a child with force.
