More than half of New Hampshire residents approve of Gov. John
Lynch's job performance so far and only 8 percent disapprove,
according to a poll released Monday by the University of New
Hampshire Survey Center.
Lynch's approval rating, at 53 percent, is a ten percent increase
from February. Lynch, a Democrat from Hopkinton, took office in
January. His support was relatively bipartisan, with 60 percent of
Democrats and 50 percent of Republicans approving of the job he's
done.
