Article: Many marvelous meatballs

A friend recently told me about a ricotta-stuffed meatball she had just seen being made on TV. It came from a new book by restaurateur John LaFemina called A Man and his Meatballs. It sounded so wonderful, I immediately went out and got the book.

It's a fun read. While it does contain the meatball recipe, it's actually the story of how the self-taught chef got his start in the restaurant business. If you've ever daydreamed about opening a restaurant, you'll want to read this book. It may get you going or prudently stop you in your tracks.
