Merrimack Valley School District has hired the following new teachers and staff members:

Lauren Manolis joined the guidance department as the ninth-grade counselor and will teach Academy Seminar. Manolis earned a master's degree from Plymouth State College in 2007 and spent two years teaching Spanish at Bow High School and Gilford High School. She enjoys hiking, outdoor activities and traveling.

Steve Bergethon is teaching physical science and biology at Merrimack Valley High School. Bergethon earned a master's degree from Southern Connecticut State University and has been an adjunct faculty member at New England College since 2004. He also taught at New Hampshire Community Technical ...
