Just as computers are making it easy and affordable for nearly
anyone to produce great-looking documents, it's also getting easier
and cheaper to send electronic mail. But most electronic messages are
just words that flash across a screen, lacking the fonts, formatting
and graphics that help make text readable.
Thus document dispatchers often face Hobson's choice. Do you send
