The Philadelphia Phillies went from worst to first. Hollywood made
a movie about the Jamaican bobsled team. Beavis and Butt-head stopped
playing with matches. Even Roseanne Arnold found a key she can sing
in.
So when is something good going to happen to the Washington
Bullets?
It's been 14 years since the Bullets were in the National
Basketball Association Finals. They've missed the playoffs the past
five years, and last won a playoff series in 1982. They have posted
just one .500 season in the past 10.
The Bullets say they are still recovering from the Bob Ferry era.
