WE'RE not Irish, but that's never stopped us from loving a good St. Patrick's Day celebration with all of the trimmings. Maybe we just need an excuse to get friends together, but we find whenever there's a theme to wrap around a gathering, it's somehow easier to pull the whole thing off.
