Clint Eastwood as a gasping, weak heart patient trying to solve one last crime? Having blood work done is more fun than sitting through "Blood Work."

Terry McCaleb (Eastwood in his 44th film) is an aging ex-FBI agent who gives pathetic chase after a serial killer, but is felled by a heart attack and is out of action for two years.

He undergoes a heart transplant but jumps right back into the fray to solve the murder of his organ donor. He spends most of the movie grimacing and clutching his heart. This is an anemic and plodding wannabe thriller with a too-bizarre twist.
