Article: Frye's lawyer calls messages 'steamy' Frye says, Pair considering whether to release online exchanges

Gov. Bob Wise was calling Angela Mascia's house late at night, exchanging "hot and steamy" instant messages with her on the computer daily, and was doing things "all taxpayers need to know," Mascia's ex- husband and his lawyer said today on a radio talk show. Phil Frye says he captured many of the instant messages between Mascia and Wise that proved to him they were having an affair.

Frye and his lawyer, Joe Cometti, told MetroNews' "Talkline" radio show host Hoppy Kercheval they currently are debating what to do with the instant messages.

"The public needs to see exactly what was going on," Frye said.
