Article: Fugitive to be held in Kanawha, California authorities must come to bring man back for trial

A fugitive who was featured on "America's Most Wanted" and was nabbed in Charleston will be held in Kanawha County until California authorities come and get him.

Carl R. Djusberg, 39, of Minneapolis today in Kanawha Circuit Court waived his extradition to California where he is wanted for fleeing parole supervision in 1996, according to California authorities.

Djusberg also has been charged in Oregon and Minnesota with attempted murder, assault, kidnapping, robbery, menacing, unauthorized use of a vehicle and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
