First Bank of Charleston leases space to Optum
The First Bank of Charleston announced it has leased the entire
third floor of its West Side office tower to Optum, a provider of
personal health services.
When First Bank opened its four-story tower late last year, bank
executives said they planned for the bank to initially occupy the
first two floors and to lease the third and fourth floors. The fourth
floor remains available, said First Bank Executive Vice President
Tony Marks.
First Bank's office tower is at 201 Pennsylvania Ave. The space
leased by Optum offers great views of Charleston, the interstate
bridge across the Kanawha River, and the river itself. The floor
