Starting in 2005, our state will refocus its resources on developing the skills of new and existing entrepreneurs. Enterprise development, not business recruitment, will be the role of economic development professionals and organizations.

Starting in 2005, local and county governments across the state will study and begin to implement consolidation projects that will usher in a new era of political and professional accountability.
