Health studies are a dime a dozen these days.

No sooner than one report comes out touting the benefits of eating more whatever, there's another to follow saying too much of the same thing could be hazardous to your well-being.

I've decided to simply believe the ones I like (Chocolate lowers blood pressure! Coffee stimulates weight loss!) and selectively ignore the ones I don't (Coffee increases blood pressure! Chocolate causes weight gain!).

So I had to laugh when a recent investigation (years of research and clinical study, no less) yielded these shocking results: Wine drinkers tend to eat healthier than beer drinkers.
