Article: Desperation Dinners: Oh-so-easy deviled eggs always a hit

It never fails. If we show up to a deck party, cook out or church social with a plate of deviled eggs, they are the first to disappear. We stand back in amused satisfaction every time. Why? Because deviled eggs are so very easy to make.

Our friend Debbie Moose even wrote a whole book about these delectable little devils in "Deviled Eggs: 50 Recipes from Simple to Sassy" (Harvard Common Press, 2004).
