Flu shot vaccine clinics scheduled by the Kanawha-Charleston Health Department have been postponed due to delayed shipment of the vaccines from the manufacturers. Flu shots had been planned to begin Oct. 16.

About 500 doses of pediatric flu vaccine are available and flu shots will be given to children as previously scheduled on Oct. 27, Nov. 3, Dec. 1 and Dec. 15. But officials don't expect to be able to give adult flu shots until about Nov. 13.
