Article: Glasgow set to join the Havana club

See Glasgow? Si Cuba? Dead close, so they are. Or will be after this week, when Glasgow and the Cuban capital of Havana enter into an historic twinning ceremony under the Caribbean sun.

Glasgow's Lord Provost, Alex Mosson, is to lead a delegation comprising businesspeople, officials and musicians to the home of rum and revolutions for a trade mission culminating in the signing of a twinning agreement between the two cities, the first such agreement with any city in the UK.
