ORDER MODIFYING AND APPROVING RECREATION PLAN PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 414
On July 26, 2004, Seneca Falls Power Corporation (Seneca Falls Power), licensee for the Waterloo and Seneca Falls Hydroelectric Project No. 2438, filed a Recreation Plan (plan), pursuant to license article 414 of the Order Issuing New License. The Waterloo and Seneca Falls Hydroelectric Project is located on the Seneca River in Seneca, Yates, Schuyler, and Ontario Counties, New York.
