Article: BUCKS TO BUILD UPPER BUCKS GOVERNMENT SERVICES COMPLEX IN RICHLAND TOWNSHIP

Bucks County issued the following press release:

The Bucks County Commissioners moved forward today with plans to build a new Upper Bucks Government Services Complex at 229 California Road in Richland Township.

The commissioners awarded professional services contracts to W2A Design Group for architectural/engineering designs of a 3,500 sq. ft. District Justice building and an 8,200 sq. ft. Administration Annex building.

The county partnered with Richland Township on the complex when they donated the former Michener Library building and 4.8 acres of land to the township. In return, Richland Township completed site work for the complex including curbs, streets, ...
