In my article, a year ago, I predicted workflow would be the big thing that will change our segment of the industry. If you attended PRINT in Chicago in September 2005, eveiy major vendor had a solution. They all promoted their new workflow products and their amazing new features. But when it came right down to it, they are all there to move a file from point of entry to output. The whole advantage of automating your workflow is to tiy to reduce the amount of times someone needs to touch the file.
