Clackamas County Commissioners are seeking citizen members who are interested in helping to improve storm and surface water quality in North Clackamas by serving two-year terms on the North Clackamas Surface Water Management Citizens' Advisory Committee (NCSWMCAC). The committee serves in an advisory capacity to the Commissioners and to Water Environment Services (WES), a department of Clackamas County.
