The city of Reno issued the following news release:

A news conference is set for Monday, March 27, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at Whitaker Park to announce a very popular program, " Reno Clean & Green." Whitaker Park is located at 550 University Terrace in northwest Reno.This community-wide clean up effort allows you to do some "spring cleaning" and it also provides volunteer opportunities for businesses, organizations, schools or clubs to beautify their areas, parks and neighborhoods. " Reno Clean & Green" will be held on four Saturdays in April: April 1st, April 8th, April 15th and April 29th.Trash bags, gloves, T-shirts and food will be provided to volunteers by the City of Reno. ...
