Cottage Garden Floral on Monday will be the first business to open in the new Three Rivers Plaza retailoffice- con dominium development on Copeland Avenue.
That will be followed by the March 21 opening of Festival Foods at 30 Copeland Ave.
Cottage Garden Floral, whose previous location at 14 Copeland Ave. was demolished Monday and Tuesday for the project, is one of three businesses announced so far for the new multi-tenant retail building at 40 Copeland Ave.
Cost Cutters should open during the last week of March, hair salon co-owner Cyndi Kennedy said.
And Quiznos Sub restaurant is expected to open during the first week of April, said its owner, Ryan Johnson.
