The city of Prescott issued the following news release:

The City of Prescott's commitment to water conservation got a big boost this week with the announcement that Shaun Rydell is joining the City as Water Conservation Coordinator.

The announcement culminated a lengthy hiring process involving city public works and management staff and volunteer members of the city's Water Conservation Committee. The six-member selection committee chose Rydell based on her knowledge of water conservation issues, her philosophy and experience working with the public and her communications, marketing and media skills.
