NASA issued the following press release:
The launch of the next International Space Station expedition and return of the current crew airs on NASA TV during two weeks of coverage in March and April. Expedition 13 Commander Pavel Vinogradov and Flight Engineer and NASA station science officer Jeff Williams launch tonight at 9:30 p.m. EST, on a Soyuz spacecraft from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan.
Two days later, they dock with the station to begin a six-month stay. For launch, they will be accompanied by Brazilian Space Agency astronaut Marcos Pontes. He will spend eight days on the station under a commercial agreement with the Russian Federal Space Agency.
