Southern Illinois University at Carbondale issued the following news release:
Have you been thinking about taking up the game of golf? Now is your chance! Come and learn about putting, chipping, irons and woods from a PGA professional during clinics offered by Southern Illinois University Carbondale's Division of Continuing Education.
This clinic will offer two beginner sessions and one advanced session at the Stone Creek Golf Course in Makanda. The opportunity for nine holes of instructional play will be available at the end of each session. The classes are taught by course pro Terry Schwab.
