Wisconsin is losing out on top quality jobs because of the legal environment under Jim Doyle's watch. A new study is confirming what job creators already know: Jim Doyle is bad for business. The Chairman of the Republican Party, Rick Graber says Wisconsin's economy deserves better leadership that Jim Doyle.
