Assemblyman Jonathan Bing, D-Manhattan (73rd District), issued the following press release:
Assemblyman Jonathan L. Bing (D-Manhattan) announced the Assembly passed a package of legislation that he supported to protect Mitchell-Lama tenants and affordable housing in New York City.
"Mitchell-Lama addresses an essential need for affordable housing," Bing said. "Many tenants have lived in their neighborhoods for decades and have worked hard to improve them."
