Assemblyman Jonathan Bing, D-Manhattan (73rd District), issued the following press release:

Assemblyman Jonathan Bing (D-Manhattan) announced that legislation he authored that would provide additional resources for the New York State Council on the Arts has passed the Assembly (A.3374B).

"New York's cultural and educational institutions are a large part of what makes our city so great," Bing said. "New York City is renowned for its culture and wide variety of literary and artistic institutions which enrich our quality of life. Supporting the arts is an investment," Bing said.
