Article: Fulton Co. Health Ctr. invests $18M+

Construction is under way on a 55,300 square foot addition to the south side of Fulton County Health Center (FCHC). Part of the added area will be a new 18,100 square foot emergency department. The current facility, located in Wauseon, is approximately 165,000 square feet. About, 13-1/2 acres were acquired as part of the project, bringing FCHC's total acreage up to about 40.

The construction manager for the $18 to 19 million project is Rupp/Rosebrock, Inc. from Liberty Center. The architect is Meyer + Bates Associates from Perrysburg. FCHC worked with Farmers & Merchants Bank and JP Morgan Chase Bank to finance the project.
