WASHINGTON, April 12 -- Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Illinois, has introduced a resolution (S.Res. 433) "honoring The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals for the 140 years of service that it has provided to the citizens of the U.S. and their animals."
The resolution, introduced on April 5, is being co-sponsored by Sens. John Ensign, R-Nevada; and Frank R. Lautenberg, D-New Jersey.
