Low-fat foods aren't what they used to be. Today, low-fat foods are often high-fat foods that have had the fat processed out of them. On the one hand, there's nothing wrong with that. On the other hand, a steady diet of reduced-fat potato chips and fat-free cheesecake is not the way to health and happiness.
