The city of Edmond issued the following news release:

The Oklahoma Code Enforcement Association recently named Terry Humphrey Code Enforcement Officer of the Year for the State of Oklahoma. Humphrey is a code enforcement officer for the City of Edmond.

Andy Templeton, president of the association, said the award is based on overall impact of code enforcement and a willingness to impart that knowledge to other members of the association.
