The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality issued the following news release:

The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) invites the public to comment on its No Further Action finding for the former Oak Street Gas Stop, aka "The Station," at 403 Oak Street in Hood River.

DEQ has reviewed the closure report for the facility submitted on behalf of the owners of the property referencing past remedial activities and documenting the investigative results from soil and groundwater sampling.
