On Saturday, Feb. 18, at 2 p.m., members of the Asbury North United Methodist Church, 1586 Clifton Ave., will join together for a luncheon as they present "An Afternoon of African Fashions."
This highly anticipated event will showcase African fashions, jewelry and African artifacts and is being held in conjunction with Ebenezer United Methodist Church. Asbury North United Methodist Church has evolved to a larger and dedicated congregation from 1862 to present.
