The Tennessee Department of Transportation issued the following news release:
The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) advises motorists that several projects beginning this weekend in Nashville are expected to cause traffic delays.
Beginning Friday, March 17, 2006, at 8p.m., the eastbound exit ramp along I-40 to Stewarts Ferry Pike will be closed in order to repair concrete on the ramp. Portable message boards have been in place this week warning drivers of the upcoming closure. Approximately 6,000 vehicles use the ramp each day.
