The U.S. Department of Agriculture's U.S. Forest Service unit - Fishlake National Forest - issued the following press release:
Reservation for the Ponderosa Picnic area up Beaver Canyon will no longer be handled through the Beaver Ranger District. Reservations will now be made through Reserve America, the National Recreation Reservation Service. The toll-free number is 877-444-6777. Those with internet access can make reservation at www.ReserveUSA.com.
You can reserve the picnic area with a credit card or mail in a check or money order. Reservations must be made at least seven days before arrival, but may be made up to 360 days in advance. There is a non-refundable service fee of $9 that is ...
