The office of the San Diego Center City Development Corporation issued the following news release:

The eighth annual San Diego Multicultural festival will have a unique new feature this year, with storytellers from all over the world converging on the Children's Park in downtown to share their tales and talents.

"This is really a one-of-a-kind chance to learn first hand about other cultures," said Jacki Taylor, CCDC's Downtown Information Center Manager and coordinator of the festival. "We're fortunate in San Diego to have residents from all over the world who are willing to share their experiences."

The free festival takes place on Saturday, January 14, from 11:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., ...
