Bay County issued the following news release:

The Bay County Board of County Commissioners issued its annual water quality report this week. The full report, which is available at http://www.co.bay.fl.us/bccor/homepage.html, is designed to inform customers about the water quality and services provided by Bay County. The results of the report indicate that Bay County's drinking water currently meets or exceeds all federal and state health standards.

The Bay County Water Treatment Plant routinely monitors for contaminants in the drinking water according to Federal and State laws, rules and regulations. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requires monitoring of more than 80 drinking ...
