Rep. Robert Wexler, D-Fla. (19th CD), issued the following press release: Today, Reps. Robert Wexler (D-FL), Alcee L. Hastings (D-FL), E. Clay Shaw (R-FL), and Mark Foley (R-FL) sent the following letter to the Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Michael Leavitt, requesting that Palm Beach County (PBC) receive its share of AIDS funding through Title III and Title IV of the Ryan White CARE Act that is scheduled to be disbursed to Florida's public and private non-profit entities on July 1, 2006. Title III funds are focused on early intervention and primary medical care, while Title IV funds provide services to women, children and adolescents living with HIV/AIDS.
