The U.S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of the Census issued the following press release:

What:

U.S. Census Bureau Director Louis Kincannon will preside at the dedication ceremony for the New York Census Research Data Center at Baruch College. Baruch College President Kathleen Waldron also will speak at the event.

"I am pleased to join President Waldron in establishing a pioneering center where researchers can analyze a wealth of data -- under full confidentiality --that will help us better understand the dynamics of our economy and the characteristics of our diverse population," Kincannon said.
