The city of Corpus Christi issued the following press release:
The City of Corpus Christi will be meeting again with residents in the 4th area that was designated for the Neighborhood Initiative Program (NIP). City representatives will be meeting with residents living in the area bordered by Whitaker, Rickey, McArdle and Whitaker, to continue to discuss improvement goals and plans in their neighborhood, as part of the Neighborhood Pride Program. The neighborhood meeting will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, May 9, 2006 at the Oso Recreation Center, 1111 Bernice.
