WASHINGTON, May 5 -- Sen. Richard G. Lugar, R-Indiana, has introduced legislation (S.Res. 456) to express the sense of the Senate on the discussion by the North Atlantic Council of secure, sustainable, and reliable sources of energy.

The resolution, introduced on May 1, was referred to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
