MYSORE, May 05 -- Thirty-three young couples entered wedlock at the 20th free mass marriage programme of Arya Idiga Samaj, held at Nanjaraja Bahadur Choultry here on Thursday. The mass marriage was jointly organised by Mysore and Chamarajnagar District Arya Idiga Samaj and the Free Mass Marriage Committee of Arya Ediga Samaj. Sri Basavalingamurthy Sharan of Basava Kendra, Mysore, the Shaka Mutt of Bruhan Mutt of Chitradurga, in his speech, called upon the Idiga community members to establish Maha Gurupeeta of the community and anoint a pontiff to the peeta.
