The Wisconsin Department of Military Affairs issued the following news release:

Three Wausau-area businesses will be honored Monday morning [May 8] in Wausau for their support of mobilized Wisconsin National Guard soldiers and their families.

Marathon Savings Bank, the R Stores and Rock-It 107.9 Radio will receive awards from the Wisconsin National Guard state family program. The three businesses teamed up with promotional activities that raised more than $20,000 for families of deployed Guard soldiers from 32 units around the state. The ...
