Article: FORMER NEVADA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION EMPLOYEE SENTENCED FOR MISCONDUCT, GRAND LARCENY, EMBEZZLEMENT CHARGES

The Nevada Attorney General issued the following news release:

Nevada Attorney General George Chanos announced today that former NDOT employee Floyd Finely Lynch, 39 of Sparks, was sentenced to up to 30 months in the Nevada Department of Corrections, suspended and given two years probation, fined and order to pay restitution and perform 100 hours of community service. The sentence was handed down this afternoon in Washoe County District Court. Lynch was convicted in March on seven counts related to the theft of an NDOT truck engine.
