Pennsylvania State Rep. Kerry A. Benninghoff, R-Bellefonte (171st District), issued the following news release:

Rep. Kerry Benninghoff (R-Centre/Mifflin) today honored State College resident Angela Yen with a citation presented on the House floor recognizing her selection as Pennsylvania's Outstanding Young Woman for 2006.

"Angela is an independent young woman with a bright future ahead of her," Benninghoff said. "She is an excellent choice to receive this recognition and will represent our community and our state with dignity and honor."
