The House Financial Services Committee issued the following press release:

The Financial Services Subcommittee on Domestic and International Monetary Policy, Trade, and Technology, chaired by Rep. Deborah Pryce (OH), will meet for a legislative hearing on H.R. 5337, Reform of National Security Reviews of Foreign Direct Investments Act, on Wednesday, May 17 at 2 p.m. in room 2128 of the Rayburn Building.

The legislation would reform the process by which the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) scrutinizes foreign investments to detect any national-security concerns. H.R. 5337 was introduced on May 10th by House Majority Whip Roy Blunt (MO), Rep. Deborah Pryce, Rep. ...
