Article: OUR NATION'S VETERANS DESERVE A BETTER HEALTH CARE SYSTEM

Rep. Benjamin L. Cardin, D-Md. (3rd CD), issued the following column: American veterans face the possibility of increased costs for health care they should be receiving for free as part of their service to our nation. For the second year in a row, the Bush Administration has proposed establishing enrollment fees and increasing co-payments for the health care almost one million veterans receive.
