Article: NAVAL WAR COLLEGE HOSTS FLAG OFFICER COURSE

The Naval War College hosted 16 junior flag officers at the second Joint Force Maritime Component Commander (JFMCC) course May 7-12.

The six-day course offered instruction on operational warfare in the joint maritime environment.

"This course is profoundly important," said retired Adm. Gregory Johnson, one of the senior mentors for the JFMCC course. "Operational art is complex; this course will serve the Navy well."
