The city of Encinitas issued the following news release:

This is to inform you that the City Council will discuss the regulatory permit process for Short term Vacation rentals on June 14, 2006 at 6:00pm or shortly thereafter in the Council Chambers, City of Encinitas, 505 S. Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, CA 92024.

The Council previously adopted Ordinance No 2005 09, which established permit regulations for short term vacation rentals. The purpose of the June 14, 2006 Council meeting is to review the established permit regulations and discuss any potential changes.

Staff is suggesting some changes for Council discussion. These changes are being released early prior to the Council meeting. Should ...
